Fall for Capes

Now that I'm ready for fall, the last few days have been extremely warm.  Make up your mind already!  I'm not saying I want it to be cold.  Like I said before, I just want a proper fall.  Basically, I want the weather to be cold enough that you need to throw on a cape. I'd be really happy throwing on one of these.

16 Day Skirt Challenge: Day 8 + My Love for Chanel

Ahh Chanel.  I was thisclose to buying Chanel shoes in Las Vegas a few years ago and I regret not buying them to this day.  Maybe if I had won more money at the casino I would've bought them.  Actually, I know I would've bought them.  I thought about them for months!  I still think about them to this day.  Chanel is classic and timeless.  They were shoes you would love in 20 years.  So of course when I saw these similar Guess shoes, I had to have them.  Definitely more in my budget.  The Marciano jacket too.  Right when I saw it, I thought of Chanel.  One day, I hope to own a Chanel jacket and pass it down to my daughter (no, I don't have a daughter...yet).  Except, this is only the second time I've worn this jacket and I've had it for a year (or so, I can't even remember), so maybe it's a good idea I didn't spend thousands of dollars on it.  Seriously, this is why I need help.

Skirt, top: RW&Co.; Shoes: Guess;
Sunglasses: Marc by Marc Jacobs

Jacket: Guess by Marciano

Fergie wearing the Chanel shoes I almost bought.  Sigh.

Speaking of Chanel.  My favourite looks from the Fall/Winter 2011/12 Ready-to-Wear Collection.  Once again, sigh.

Ok, it's hard to choose favourites from Chanel's Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2011/12 Collection.  So if I could only own 14, these would be my picks.

I do intend to own a purse one day.  Again, to pass down to my (future) daughter.  I might have to sell my whole wardrobe though.

My favourite looks from Chanel's Cruise 2011/12 Collection.  Chanel + a cruise = double sigh.  I think I might invest in a yacht.  They're cheap, right?
